Exceptional staff and convenient location!
I had a wonderful stay in Venice, thanks to the incredibly accommodating staff who made my partner and I feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. Our room was clean and offered a lovely view of the Grand Canal, which was a delightful sight to wake up to each morning. The breakfast spread was impressive, featuring freshly baked pastries and delicious coffee. I only wish the view from our specific room had been better, as it overlooked a more utilitarian aspect of the hotel. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for a great Venice experience!

A hidden gem by the canal
Waking up to the soft sounds of the Grand Canal was magical. The staff treated us like family and even arranged a delightful boat tour to Murano!
However, the view from our room wasn’t as picturesque as expected. we overlooked the train station instead of the canal.

This hotel was perfect for our group trip! The location is super convenient, just minutes from the train station and close to great spots like the glass factory in Murano. The breakfast was delicious with tons of options, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend the walking tour of hidden spots!
The only downside was the view from our room. it overlooked the train station, which wasn't ideal for such a beautiful place.

great stay with a few hiccups
The room we had overlooked the canal! The staff provided genuine warmth from check-in to check-out. The location was perfect. just a short, five-minute walk to the train station.
The breakfast options could have been more varied.

The Superior Double Room was cozy for two, with nice touches too. We had a small extra bed, which was great for our child. It felt a bit snug, but honestly, it worked well for a family. The decor was charming and made the room feel special. Nice natural light from the windows, but a bit dim when all the lights were on in the evening. The bathroom was clean and well-equipped. Overall, a pleasant place to relax after a day out in Venice.

I really enjoyed my stay here, especially with the fabulous breakfast that fueled our Venice adventures and the stunning canal view from our spacious room. The hotel also offered delightful foot and head massages that helped us unwind after a long day of exploring. Just a small hiccup when we had a little trouble with the door lock, but overall, it was a lovely experience! 😊

Location near the Grand Canal provides easy access to transport and stunning views. The breakfast spread includes freshly baked croissants and delicious hot options, perfect for starting the day off right.
Some of the rooms face unattractive views, like walls or the train station, making for dim and uninspiring scenery. Additionally, the bar doesn't serve dinner, which can be inconvenient after a long day out and about in the city. While cleanliness is a priority, it seems some bathrooms could use more attention to be up to the expected standard. Lastly, an update of facilities here and there wouldn't go amiss, especially regarding some of the toiletries provided.

I absolutely loved my stay here, as it was just a few steps away from the Grand Canal, making it so easy to access the vaporetto stops and explore all the amazing sites like Piazza San Marco and the Rialto Bridge, which are both within a reasonable walking distance.
